This document will explain the effect each reason code applied has on a selected order.

Colour Code
Throughout this document you will notice the flow charts are coloured in a traffic light system. If the reason codes are green, the order will be left open. Amber means there are multiple outcomes. Finally red means the order will be cancelled.
When completing any order you will be given the option Are you able to complete this job today?
Depending on which option is picked depends on what reason codes you will be present with.
Firstly we will work through the reason codes No I cannot complete today
Job Type
Please note the reason codes you are presented with are different on each job type. This section of the manual will concentrate on deliveries only.
Once you have clicked "No I cannot complete today". You will be presented with the below reason codes.
Here are the outcomes of all reason codes and what effect each one has on a delivery order.

Now we will look at if you select, "Yes I want to complete the order".
Once you have selected this you will be presented with a list of items due to be delivered. By selecting "Work with" on the item in question. Then if you select "No I cannot collect the item" you will be presented with the below reason codes.
