PPM Process

The PPM process is very similar to a standard order. If you are unable to gain contact with the client, then each order needs to be called a certain number of time having the below reason codes added onto the order before the next process can be followed.

3x A (Called Left Message) codes or 1x B (Attended property Carded) code - This will cause the system to automatically generate a letter which gets sent to the service user. Please note the reason codes must be applied over different days.

Once the system has generated a letter and this has been printed by an outsourced company. The order will be placed on review for 4 weeks awaiting further information.

If you are unable to gain contact with the client at all due to no correct information on the order. Then you can manually force a letter to be sent to the service user.

To do this find the order on the client orders screen, then you can use the 'Send Letter' section of the system to generate as needed.
