Firstly, read all notes regarding the job. Then select " I have read and understood the notes".

Because in this example we are unable to complete the job, we need to select " No I cannot complete today".

Then select the reason as to why you are unable to complete the job.

Select if you have travelled to the property or not.

Finally complete the order using the standard steps.
