SoftPhone - Reason code workflow

This document will provide a workflow of what each reason code applies using the softphone and the effect this will have on the order.

SoftPhone - Call answered or answer phone facility

When calling a service user there are multiple outcomes of each call. Below are the reason codes you will be presented with if the service user answers the call or if you can leave an answer phone message.

Below is a flow chart of the effect each reason code applied has on the service users orders.

SoftPhone - Called, No answer

If when calling a service user, they do not answer, and you are unable to leave a message you will be presented with the below reason codes. This will only apply an A Reason code; these reason codes have no further effect on the order.
